As social media swells the number of voices coming into play during natural disasters, controversial incidents and more, agencies will only have so much weight when trying to rise above the fray unless they are able to showcase their story through video. Releasing videos [and the art of providing context for those videos] can change the game for agencies, specifically during a crisis. Learn about best practices, how to highlight processes and policies and most importantly, how and when to coordinate the release of a video to optimize your agency’s impact with news agencies and residents.
