How the National Archives Keeps Social Media Records (PageFreezer)

Learn how to capture and manage your social media records in accordance with current National Archives and Records Administration's (NARA) guidance. Session will look at how social media fits into the Federal Records Act, the challenges of writing a schedule for dynamic content, and practical options for capture and management. We'll use NARA's own experience with corporate social media records for over 100 social accounts as a case study.
